SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Products purchased in our Online Store are delivered to mainland Portugal, the Azores and Madeira and to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
Orders for other countries are subject to prior consultation to the email geral@newserve.pt geral@newserve.pt
Delivery times are indicative and, therefore, to be considered valid when there are no physical or structural impediments, such as: incorrect addresses or force majeure setbacks or even if there is a stock break at our usual supplier.
It is recommended that you provide a telephone number and contact name so that we can inform you of the more specific deadline.
If no one answers, a warning or message will be left.

Products will incur shipping and packaging costs. Our customers will have to choose the transport indicated in the Online Store when confirming the order.
Orders with higher weights or indivisible and bulky – value on request.
The total weight of the orders must be calculated from the values indicated in each product in the Online Store.
All products purchased in our Online Store will be sent by courier from Monday to Friday.
After carrying out the entire purchase process, the delivery of the product depends on the aforementioned availability. However, whenever possible, we will try to have the product in your premises within a maximum of 1 to 3 days after confirmation.

The offer of products in this online store is conditioned by the existing stock both at NEWSERVE and at the suppliers, so all orders will be confirmed only after confirming the availability of the products.

Right of return:
In accordance with the provisions of article 6 of Decree-Law no. , period that starts from the day of receipt of the order by the customer. For this, you must request instructions by email geral@newserve.pt
If it is a technical defect, you must first contact our services via the email mentioned above so that we can find out about the problem. In case of choosing to return the equipment, the customer must keep the products in order to be able to return them in proper conditions of use to NEWSERVE, Lda within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The NEWSERVE, Lda will not accept any return of products handled by the customer, products without the original factory packaging, or goods that are returned incomplete, both in their main elements and in the accessories.
The right of withdrawal will not be valid after the indicated period, neither on products whose price depends on fluctuations in financial market rates not controlled by us, nor on objects liable to deteriorate or perish quickly, objects that can be easily reproduced immediately. or which, by their nature, cannot be returned.

Evaluation of equipment returned for reimbursement:

  • Unused item i.e.: complete, intact sealing, unused, without inscriptions, without stains, with the original box, not manipulated, with all accessories and manuals, etc. = 100% of the value

  • Used article eg.: complete, seal broken, packaging open, used, tampered with, incomplete (missing accessories), counters mark excessive use, etc. = 50% to 70% of the value.

  • Damaged item i.e.: stained, scratched, deteriorated packaging, damaged by misuse, used for purposes for which it was not designed, negligence in use, etc. = 0%

 

The values related to transport and packaging will not be refunded.
Consumers or users will not be considered as those who, without being final recipients, acquire, store, use or consume goods and/or services, with the aim of integrating them in production processes, transformation, commercialization or provision to third parties. benefit from the rights granted to consumers.
The delivery of the return cannot be carried out directly at our facilities, it will have to be delivered to a transport company for its shipment.
In order to avoid any incident, it is necessary that the products are protected by an external packaging - as received at your home - and thus avoid any type of imperfection or manipulation of the product's original packaging during transport.
It is important to make sure that the product you send is properly protected in the original box and with the protections intended for this purpose (cellophane, air pillows, corrugated cardboard, styrofoam etc.) and sealed, avoiding any kind of manipulation.

Not all equipment sold in our online store has instruction/user manuals translated into Portuguese. We are totally unaware of this fact and as such we cannot be held responsible. We will, however, provide all the necessary support so that you can use the equipment correctly.
