OktaFlow® Multipoint Nozzles

Günther offers both radial and linear multi-point nozzles. OktaFlow® multi-point nozzles are the perfect solution for side injection allowing up to eight points on each nozzle. Excellent design freedom of hot runner systems with minimal space between cavities.

OktaFlow®

The perfect solution for side injection

OktaFlow® multi-point nozzles®  guarantee trouble-free, space-saving side injection and an excellent price-effectiveness ratio. Both versions (radial and linear) have the same characteristics – they can be used in conjunction with a heated adapter or a carburetor for injection tools with a large number of points. For processing materials or composites, shielded nozzle tips can be used to ensure durability in continuous processing systems. Tips can be replaced individually.

Vertical injection

Up to eight nozzles with a nozzle length of 20mm or more.
With the SGF/SGT multi-point nozzles, Günther technology has developed series that guarantee design freedom of hot runner systems. This series of multi-point nozzles is ideal for injection of small parts with limited space between cavities. Thanks to its flexibility and adaptability to the most demanding requirements, the SGF/SGT nozzle series meets the highest demands in terms of inlet positioning, trace quality and injection weight.

Another advantage is the fact that the temperature of the nozzles can be controlled separately for each tip. The nozzles allow a smooth flow of the plastic and the use of compact molds with a greater number of points in micro-injection machines.
