The Günther portfolio includes a wide variety of Valve Gate nozzles and needle options, thus allowing application-specific adaptations to the mold concept, technically and economically perfect. With Valve Gate technology it is possible to achieve the highest and lowest injection weights and cross-sections between 0.8 and 4.0mm.

The innovative contour needle guide design and the optimized needle of the Valve Gate system allow wear-resistant operation. When closing, the needle is centered by a conical guide until it precisely enters the cylindrical guide. The needle guide is mounted on floating bearings in the material tube. In case of wear, the guide can be easily replaced. Special inlets on the mold mounting plate allow individual adjustment of the needles from the outside. Depending on the application, it is possible to process composite plastics.
