It is possible to select different versions of carburetors according to the desired application, partially customized solutions to solutions fully adapted to the customer's needs. Flexible nozzle placement with a carburetor enables custom mold design.
Manifolds systems
Homogeneous thermal management resulting from built-in heaters
All conductive components are externally heated, which ensures optimal plastic flow with the lowest possible pressure loss. Built-in heaters on both sides ensure excellent heat transfer to the carburetor block. The result is a homogeneous thermal distribution.
Electrical connections with protection
Steel and ceramic sleeves protect electrical connections from damage. Mechanical cleaning of the carburetor channels is quick and easy. Fluid channel and furnace cleaning is also possible.
The model data in the CADHOC library® can be configured (and therefore readily available) for individual and standard carburetors.
