The especially thin design of the BlueFlow® nozzles® and small shaft diameter allow for greater flexibility in the thermal profile resulting in higher quality parts. The small size also allows for greater freedom in direct injection design and reduces the amount of space required within the mold.
Excellent thermal profile
With thin thermal film, it is possible to precisely adjust the material output according to the requirements of each section of the nozzle length, achieving a homogeneous temperature. As a result, the plastic is subject to almost no thermal stress, which means that the desired physical properties of the final product are reliably achieved even in thermally sensitive plastics and very small parts.
Speed
BlueFlow® nozzles® are characterized by their small size and rapid thermal control. Of course, a precision controller is also needed for such a small mass, so that the temperature can be controlled within small amplitudes. The nozzles are impervious to moisture.

With a reduction in energy demand of up to 50%, processing becomes more economical, not only by reducing electrical consumption but also by reducing the need for cooling. If the energy is not inserted into the mold, it will not be necessary to remove it at the end.
