Standard Nozzles

STANDARD NOZZLES FOR HOT CHANNELS

With a wide range of molten runner diameters, nozzle lengths and port geometries, the GÜNTHER range of hot runner nozzles offers solutions for all requirements of modern injection mold technology.

The many different types of nozzles used as a single nozzle or as part of a multi-point system allow their implementation for a wide range of applications.

The modular design used allows the exchange of individual components such as heaters, sensors, fusion channels and nozzle tips, which brings advantages in repair and maintenance work such as time savings, cost reduction and shorter downtimes.

Thanks to the two-part shaft, the excellent thermal separation of the Günther hot runner nozzles is truly impressive, ensuring excellent insulation in the front axle area and therefore minimal heat loss between the nozzle and the mold cavity. This is why Günther nozzles are particularly suitable for processing thermally sensitive materials, technical plastics and high temperature resistant polymers.

For composite materials, wear-resistant conductive tips provide the best protection against mechanical and chemical erosion (eg glass fibers with thermal stabilizers). 3D CAD models of hot runner nozzles are available in the CADHOC library.

Input geometry

A wide variety of inlet types address complex requirements such as compliance with cavity spaces, direct inlet with varying part dimensions and implementation of various types of nozzle lengths and channel diameters.
