KEMSONIC TRIO
Ultrasonic Polishing System
The KemSonic system uses state-of-the-art ultrasonic technology. The device searches for the optimum frequency that can be adjusted to the desired output frequency. The combination of the ceramic fiber xebec stone and the ultrasonic system allows the hard erosion layer to be removed quickly and cleanly, in order to obtain an optimal surface to start the next polishing process. It includes LEDs, powered through the control unit, and which can be regulated in intensity.
Brushless micromotors up to 300 watts
The KemSonic works with a brushless micromotor with an output of up to 300 watts. The 300 watt output is available in three speed ranges:
1,000 to 15,000 rpm \ 15,000 to 30,000 rpm \ 30,000 to 50,000 rpm
Depending on the size of the tool and the task, you can select the appropriate speed range to work under optimum conditions. Different heads can be mounted on the micromotor.
PowerHand Engines
The PowerHand series has a complete micromotor system that includes: angle heads, 'SwingHandy' with horizontal arm, 2 polishing devices, and a grinding machine.
